Gamemode License / Terms of Service

The following license applies to the Prop Hunt: Enhanced gamemode:

• This gamemode is free to use, modify, redistribute, and rework, provided it is used exclusively within Garry's Mod and on the Steam Workshop for Garry's Mod. Proper credit must be given to Wolvindra-Vinzuerio, Jai "Choco" Fox, and Lucky.
• Commercial use of this gamemode outside of Garry's Mod is strictly prohibited. This includes any modified versions, assets, gameplay elements, or code derived from the original.
• You may use this gamemode on community servers that generate revenue (e.g., donations or VIP systems), as long as it's hosted publicly within Garry's Mod and adheres to the license terms.
• Streaming and content creation using this gamemode is allowed. However, for monetised or commercial content, you must credit the original authors and provide a visible link back to the official source.
• Unauthorised distributions of this gamemode or its derivatives outside the Garry's Mod ecosystem will be subject to takedown requests.
• Reselling this gamemode or any part of it in any form is strictly forbidden. Violators may face takedown actions and potential legal consequences.
